Tom

Sally- allow me be the first to congratulate you on the new blog. Fabulous topical area that I'll be following.

When you say in #3 above to stop thinking about product content as a cost, it seems to stem from the way a firm properly accounts for the expense. In other words, you get balance sheet-driven management practices.

Have you found orgs (not in the media space) that manage to think of product content development as a profit center?

Again, wonderful to find you in the blogosphere.
